PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION:

 

Responsible for the retention of existing Wrap-Up accounts. Offers a high level of service in accordance with existing systems and procedures. Assists in the marketing and program development of new Wrap-Up opportunities.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Review contractor enrollments by collecting all necessary enrollment forms and other required documents from the client. Operate Wrap-Star software, providing monthly reports regarding program status and monitor enrollment information including change orders/alternate calculations and offsite Certificates of Insurance.Enter, maintain and update all master policy details, prepare billings, issue binders of insurance for new business and review master policies with the Client Manager and Account Executive. Aid in marketing submission preparation, meeting preparation and other presentations as necessary.  Assist in the coordination of the Field Procedure Manuals and Claims Manuals.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

 Bachelors degree required with three to five years of related work experience.Brokers license required.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must have strong oral and written communication skill.
