We currently have a Part Time Claims Customer Service opportunity available in our home office located in Canton, MA. (Monday- Friday: 2:15-6:00PM)

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Fields phone calls from external customers related to claim processing.

Accurate and timely data entry in multiple Microsoft based applications

Maintains professionalism and confidentiality with regard to all aspects of claim property damage, injury and other personal information.

Performs relatively routine work under immediate supervisor and exercises independent judgment and decision making in accordance with specified policies and guidelines.

Requirements:
Excellent verbal / written communication skills; multi-lingual skills preferred, specifically Spanish and Portuguese

Demonstrates attention to detail, accuracy and solid organizational skills

Previous experience with basic Microsoft computer applications preferred

Education and Experience Preferred:

1 – 3 years customer service  experience; call center a plus

High school diploma or equivalent

Part-time schedule flexibility desirable Hours: 2:15-6 PM, Monday thru Friday
