WHAT ARE THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION?Supervises activities of assigned employees including training, performance management, salary administration, staffing, and planning Assists management with policymaking activities, and ensures compliance with department and company policies, guidelines and procedures Conducts audits to determine compliance with prescribed procedures, accuracy of records, and proper maintenance of accounts and financial internal controls

WHAT KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS ARE NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION?Knowledge of accounting and finance principles and practices through formal education or previous work experience desired

ITEMS OF NOTEMay be required to work irregular hours during periods of heavy workload to meet deadlines Must be able to work multiple shifts May be required to work non-standard work hours and workweek, including holidays May be required to travel via commercial transportation and/or drive motor vehicles to various State Farm business locations to attend seminars, conferences and industry meetings
