Payroll/Human Resources Specialist – Part-Time

This opportunity is for an experienced payroll professional looking for flexibility in their work schedule!  The hours for the position are between 25 – 30 hours a week, coordinating with the payroll processing while meeting business needs.  The main activity of this position is to generate semi-monthly payroll to ensure team members receive timely and accurate information and compensation.  Additional responsibilities include assisting with benefits and HR administration as well as a variety of HR related and process improvement projects.  The person in this position will have a strong knowledge of Federal, State and Local payroll laws and regulations. 

The person in this role must be a motivated self-starter, quick learner, and detail oriented.  Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary as well as the ability to complete all processes and projects accurately and within strict deadlines.

We seek candidates with at least 3 years ADP payroll, Benefit and HR administrative experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
