Company:The Motorists Insurance Group Location:Columbus, OH 43215 Job Category:Human Resources Relevant Work Experience:2+ to 5 Years Career Level:Experienced (Non-Manager) Education Level:High School or equivalent   The Motorists Insurance Group has an immediate opportunity for an experienced payroll specialist to join our Human Resources team.   In this position, you will input, verify, process and transmit pay cycles; prepare and code new hire forms and personnel changes; prepare and balance computer reports, etc.  You will also have the opportunity to work with our associate benefits plans by managing new associate enrollments and being actively involved in the administration of our 401(k) plan, FMLA, long-term disability program, COBRA processing, etc.  Your problem-solving, communication and superior customer service skills will be an asset when addressing payroll and benefits questions from our associates.    Qualifications include: - a thorough knowledge of ADP’s payroll system  -  two plus years payroll experience  -  benefits experience strongly desired    - excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills    - a strong math/accounting background   -   strong software skills including Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word and Excel) as well as experience with Lotus Notes   At Motorists, we value our associates!  Join our winning team and let us reward your performance with an outstanding compensation package which includes a full range of benefits.  Apply using one of the following methods.
