Personal Insurance - Account Assistant (CSR)

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Account Manager in tactical execution of personal lines property and casualty client support plans, interact with clients to provide daily program servicing, maintain accurate and complete client data and provide responsive communication to clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

College degree preferred. Florida licensure will be required. Minimum of 1-year general office experience strongly desired, and personal insurance background helpful.

Organizational and time management skills required for prioritizing client service requirements. High level of problem solving and thoroughness required to identify and document solutions. Demonstrated professional, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to achieve unique client objectives. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, carriers, and associates at all levels of responsibility. Up-to-date technology skills required to work in a highly automated and paperless environment.
