Personal Lines Customer Service Associate

We currently have an opening for a Customer Service Associate in our Natick office. The successful candidate will provide personal lines support in maintaining, expanding and servicing accounts according to agency guidelines. Ideal candidate will have good PC knowledge, be customer focused and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Successful candidate must pass Massachusetts Property and Casualty examination and be willing to get insurance licensing in other states as necessary. College degree or 3+ years customer service experience in an agency environment is preferred, but not required.
