The successful candidate will handle arbitrations, UM/UIM Hearings and trials. Additionally, the Trial Attorney will handle all aspects of a full caseload and develop pre-trial and trial strategies in order to provide our insured’s with a quality defense while minimizing legal and indemnity expense. The ideal candidate will possess a JD degree and 5-10 years of experience. Required experience includes Microsoft Word and Outlook specifically and good computer skills in general.
