We currently represent a large independent Insurance agency in the Worcester MA area that has an immediate need for an experienced Personal Lines Manager.



 

In this position you will be responsible for the complete Management, Direction and Growth of the Personal Lines Division of the agency.

 

Requirements:

 A minimum of Five (5) years of personal lines experience with management or Supervisory experience is required. The ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a growing staff of personal lines representatives. The ability to analyze, modify and formulate existing and new policies and procedures.The ability to interact closely with senior managementA thorough knowledge of Personal Lines Products and PoliciesA thorough knowledge of  High Valued Homeowner Products Experience dealing with High net worth ClienteleA current MA property and Casualty Insurance License
