Pharmacy Benefit Analyst

Under general supervision, Pharmacy Benefit Analysts analyze customer requests for new benefit set up or benefit changes to determine the most appropriate solution for implementing in the Argus system. They implement the solution identified and/or facilitate implementation of the solution according to established procedures and timeframes. Pharmacy Benefit Analysts validate and test solutions and facilitate customer acceptance testing. Pharmacy Benefit Analysts maintain customer-specific benefit and procedure documentation. They research and resolve benefit-related customer issues.
