Senior Consultant, Process Implementation  Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Working with Compliance department to test/validate business controls and to publish results· Managing a group of control testers·  Initiating, managing and conducting projects—with focus on Process Analysis and Improvement utilizing six sigma methodology·  Working with Senior Management to determine priorities·  Conducting Analyses to identify opportunities·  Selecting and implementing projects·  Planning and communicating projects·  Designing and implementing Business testing metrics·  Analyzing and establishing targets·  Presenting Analyses, Reports, and recommendations   A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field·  5+ years experience in a related environment—performing work directly related to process improvement·  2+ years experience as a Business Analyst and/or in a Project-Management capacity (with reputable Consulting Firm or equivalent)·  3+ years experience with Business Project Management and Process Improvement—including 3+ years of Analytical experience in a Corporate setting·  Functional and technical knowledge of Process Improvement, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Total Quality Management (TQM) and/or Six Sigma·  Operational understanding and practical application of formal Project-Management disciplines·  Knowledge of technology trends·  Strong analytical skills and proficiency in the use of computing applications and other office automation·  Effective verbal and written communication skills·  Effective interpersonal skills—including meeting-facilitation, stand-up presentation and Business-Plan Development abilities·  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project and Internet-based Data Collection·  Six Sigma designation  The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess:·  Understanding of principles, practices and processes as they related to the Financial-Services industry   Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
