Procurement Quality Specialist

Major Duties and Functions Include: Negotiates and drafts contracts related to the procurement of IT and non-IT products and services. Functional Responsibilities: Evaluates client's business needs to develop a negotiation strategy and provides alternative solutions to benefit both the client and the Company in order to draft contracts related to the procurement of IT and non-IT products and services. Drafts standard agreements, such as IT Consultant Services Agreements, Software License Agreements, Recruiting Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements. Drafts amendments to contracts when required. Drafts non-standard agreements, and interfaces with Legal Affairs and other departments. Reviews contractor performance for compliance with contract terms and conditions. JD a plus. What You Need to Succeed: Bachelors degree preferred Solid relationship building experience a must 5+ years of experience within a procurement environment a plus Some experience working with contracts as well as RFP's.
