Product & Business Consultant

Major Duties and Functions Include: Responsible for certain aspects of the Critical Illness Insurance product management/development process. This includes compliance tracking and execution, state variation management and implementation, and leveraging relationships across Legal and Contract teams in order to further product strategies. Manage product’s state variations and develop strategies on how to best implement changes across various filed forms including Enrollment Forms and Outlines of Coverage Create and maintain a Compliance Tracking Database through partnerships with Contracts and Operations Teams Assess compliance requirements and make recommendations for changes across business unit Participate in new product development strategies Project manage rollout of new product strategies Provide product-specific training and materials for internal partners in order to ensure consistent knowledge of the Critical Illness Insurance product Coordinate prioritization of key projects with Legal and Contracts partners Act as product expert / subject matter expert for key partners Identify potential risks, issues and appropriately escalate to management What You Need to Succeed: Ability to work on multiple projects, manage time and meeting deadlines. Ability to build strong relationships across large organization. Exhibits flexibility in dynamic, fast-paced business environment. Excellent organizational skills Ability to analyze data and act upon it. Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Well developed organizational and project management skills.
