The Product Line Manager is a key leadership position within our Claims Organization responsible for leading a group of Unit Managers through execution of a well developed strategic business plan. This position reports directly to the AVP. As the Product Line Manager (PLM) you will: Provides daily operational leadership in support of our vision and strategic direction, you will inspire change in others by demonstrating commitment through personal actions and decisions, you will challenge and eliminate work and expenses that do not contribute to Safeco's business success, you will identify resources for exceeding objectives and will develop and implement ways to overcome obstacles, you will take risk and address difficult issues throughout your region. We are looking for someone with: 5-7 years of successful claims management experience and strong technical background including experience in liability and PIP In depth knowledge of the Property and Casualty Claims insurance industry High energy, strategic-mind set, and deep commitment to the quality of the total customer experience Proven ability to build and maintain a culture that focuses on employee development and morale within a high performance environment Demonstrated decision-making and problem solving ability combined with analytical, quantitative, qualitative, and creative skills To Apply for this position, please CLICK HERE
