Job Description:  Production Analyst 

Reports to:  Operations Manager 

 

Position Summary:  Responsible for process development, production processes and various operation functions. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.Schedule, implement, monitor and run production jobs. Develop production processes using MS Access. Test and document Operations production processes and procedures. Perform analytical problem solving for production Operations processes and devise workable solutions. Develop and run ad hoc reporting activities.Assist in user acceptance testing of system set up and system enhancements.Responsible for auditing insurance carrier bills against client data in our internal system for enrollment and/or premium differences.  Identify, reconcile, research and resolve discrepancies.Other responsibilities as assigned.

 

Essential Skills: Results oriented with strong attention to detail.Strong organizational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to interact with internal and external customers.Ability to work independently as well as with a teamAbility to meet operational deadlines and manage timelines.Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Access and Excel.Ability to create grammatically correct memos, e-mails, letters.Ability to multi-task.

 

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelors’ degree or combination of education and/or equivalent work experience.
