Property & Casualty Underwriter

This position is responsible for all aspects of underwriting and rating new and renewal Farm, Ranch, and Auto risks.

 

The candidate should possess 3+ years Commercial or Personal insurance underwriting and rating experience, excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance a heavy workload.

 

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 3 years insurance industry based underwriting experience.  An insurance company or managing general agency background is preferred. Professional certifications and/or a college degree is also given preference, but not required.  Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with a high level of computer proficiency are a must.
