Propery Loss Specialist III

Description:Under limited supervision, manages, investigates and resolves assigned Property Loss claims. Provides policyholders with quality customer service. May assist Claims Representatives with in-person inspection/policyholder contact where necessary.This is a FIELD POSITION based out of Tucson, AZ Candidate will need to utilize a home office.Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, a growing Fortune 100 company, is looking for the right individual to service Personal Lines Homeowners claims in the Tucson metro area. We are looking for a personable individual with strong verbal and written skills who has 2-4 years of experience in homeowner claims. The job involves providing excellent service to our customer, evaluating coverage, writing damage estimates on homes, and settling claims. Working under limited supervision and dealing with many customers in person, you will be our focal point for homeowner claims in the Tucson metro area. You will be working out of an office in your home. Good interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills required. Customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of coverages provided within various homeowner policies. Capable of writing structural damage estimates of $15,000 minimum. College education or equivalent training plus minimum 18-24 months directly related experience required. Has completed some advanced property training.
