The Proposal Coordinator Senior is responsible for developing moderately complex, formal proposals and provides guidance to proposal coordinators. Essential duties to include, but are not limited to: Analyzes and interprets data. Prepares complex RFP/RFI responses. Researches RFP/RFI issues. Coordinates distribution of proposal questions to appropriate company experts. Writes, edits and proofs questionnaire responses for finished proposals and plan designs. Provides proposal status reports to management. Participates on team projects to complete large group and custom proposals. Mentors and provides assistance to proposal coordinators. Performs other duties as assigned.

This position will be staffed out of our Atlanta, GA office.BA/BS and 3-5 years of proposal coordination experience in health/managed care insurance or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, negotiating and PC skills required.
