The Provider Maintenance Unit Clerk will be responsible for handling additions and revisions of provider records in LifePro.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

 Add/revise provider data records accurately as they appear on claim records.Input data to establish 1099 reporting arrangements as indicated by completed W9's.Handle return mail, checks, and 1099's for providers.Meet service standards, productions goals, and quality requirements as defined by management.Identify and key exceptions into LifePro and Worksite.Meet attendance requirements of Company.

Associated Duties:Participate in department processes.other duties as assigned.

Education Required:

High School Diploma required.  basic PC use.  and 10 key.
