JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Quality & Training Center Trainer will help train newly hired employees and current staff members, will be responsible for updating all guidelines and procedures for our Processing Centers, and will help identify any specific needs in training, system enhancements and areas of improvements within our Processing Center.Ability to perform all essential functions of a MPC and GPC Representative.Training of all newly hired and current staff members.Quality Control all trainee workload processed; process within department turnaround standards.Create and or maintain all training programs, manuals, tip sheets, and schedule classes as needed.Maintains training attendance records, training evaluations and statistics.Maintain tracking methods t monitor training results.Facilitate training meetings on new products and processes.Administer quizzes/exams to trainees in set time frame of training program.Ensure trainees are meeting standards for all performance factors.Identify specific needs of trainees and areas for improvement.  Develop and adhere to all PHI (Personal Health Information) guidelines.Prepares status reports and keeps management fully informed on issues.  Ensures projects are complete on time, and in a quality manner.Keeps management informed about problems and recommends and implements solutions.Other duties as assigned.

Candidate must have previous training experience a must, 2-3 years.  Strong verbal and written communication skills.  Ability to retain large quantities of information.  Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time.  Computer literate with mainframe terminal, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.  Typing of 50 WPM.  Graduation from an 4 year college or university or a level of education that, together with experience and training, enables the applicant to demonstrate the required knowledge and experience.
