 See all jobs at this company Company: AXA Advisors, LLC Location: Dallas, TX 75251 Employee Type: Full Time, Employee Email: Apply by Email Industry: Administrative/Clerical Job Description The RBG Administrative Marketing Assistant (AMA) reports to the TSM (RBG District Manager) and provides administrative and marketing support to the TSM and RBG Financial Professionals (FPs) within the district.  This position will act as a liaison from the local office to the RBG Headquarters and will keep the TSM and Financial Professionals informed of all RBG Policies and Procedures.  The RBG AMA Job Functions include but are not limited to the following:Client Management: Maintain and utilize the Webstation Client Management database for RBG Financial Professionals including: Mailings Managing and Tracking School Assignment Data Editing and Updating Client and/or Unit Data. Marketing: Track Financial Professionals school/unit visits and prepare related materials: Stuffers, letters, enrollment materials Maintain all marketing supplies for the RBG district – Kits, prospectuses, brochures, etc.  District Administration: Disseminate pertinent bulletins, communications, RBG Production/Sales Tracking Reports and TSA information to all RBG Financial Professionals Generate and track district production reports as needed Coordinate hiring procedures and applicable forms for licensing of new Financial Professionals and keeping updated files for license renewals. Client Administration: Administrative Processing Including:  Service forms, applications, checks etc. Verify accuracy of client/contract information. Troubleshoot administrative problems Provide general service to clients as applicable.
