RESEARCH REPRESENTATIVE - CLAIMS



Out of our Pasadena office (with focused territory in the San Diego area), you'll work with our Claims Supervisor and experienced Claims Investigators who will help you grow in the Claims Investigation field.  You'll investigate cases, including research, analysis and synthesis of all medical facts; conduct in-depth interviews; prepare detailed and comprehensive written reports; hire attorney(s) and consultants; and make recommendations regarding case resolution.



To qualify, you must have a 4-year college degree and 1 year work experience.  Other requirements include ability to understand and communicate complex medical and legal concepts and have solid English and project management skills.  Successful candidates must demonstrate attention to detail, a desire to learn and the ability investigate cases by asking pertinent questions and retaining and analyzing the information received.  Ownership/lease of an automobile with proper license and insurance is required.  Some overnight travel is essential.
