This position is the first point of contact for our clients.  Responsibilities include:  creating a consistent client experience by greeting our clients either through phone, or in-person, in a professional manner, and understanding the purpose of their inquiry to successfully hand them over to an available Johnson Insurance associate who will be able to assist them.Required Skills

High school graduate or equivalent with 1-2 years prior Receptionist and office experience preferred (insurance agency experience a plus).Excellent people skills, and the ability to learn and adapt to a fast paced environment are required.The ability to understand and utilize technology including the phone system, Agency Management database, and Microsoft Office to support multiple office locations is necessary. Willingness to learn and grow in the job by gaining understanding of the insurance products sold to our clients.
