Job Responsibilities:

Incumbant will be responsible for: Work and management of claim control reports related to recoveryWork and resolution of Recovery Reconcilation;Processing deductible payment to insureds at conclusion of subrogation or as due Management of CTL/CTE recovery diaries including oversight of line handling and providing assistance where possible Processing recovery checks received in the office Handling recovery files or collection matters as assigned;Work and assist other members of the Recovery Team with work assigned projects/tasks as needed Ability to work confidently with other FFIC staff, Insureds, Claimants, Vendors or Attorneys.

Job Requirements:1-3 years of previous adjusting experienceStrong analytical skills Strong attention to detailStrong mathematical aptitude with the ability to work with numbers and equationsStrong customer service skills Strong communication skills - both written and oral Ability to handle multiple tasks and multiple deadlinesAbility to work independently
