Duties/Responsibilities:·  Assess and revise recruiting strategies (i.e. local advertising, newspaper vs. radio ads, etc.)·  Maintain and review applications and resumes for open positions·  Conduct recruitment effort for all positions·  Track recruitment expenses for the department·  Develop promotional material to aid in recruiting·  Create and place all advertisements·  Post job vacancies ·  Interview applicants and perform background and reference checks·  Meet with department supervisors/managers to discuss upcoming company needs and develop multi-faceted recruitment program·  Prepare recruitment bulletins and other recruitment materials·  Assist with the development and completion of job descriptions·  Advise staff and applicants on testing qualifications and requirements·  Represent N.E.W. at selected job fairs·  Facilitate interview skills workshops·  Assist with the identification and assessment of pre-employment testing programs Knowledge/Skill Requirements:·  4-year college degree and/or equivalent plus 1-3 years related experience·  Knowledge of interviewing techniques·  Excellent written and verbal skills.·  Familiarity with state and federal selection guidelines·  Experience w/ Windows·  Ability to communicate effectively with a customer service orientation·  Must be proactive and anticipate the needs of customers·  Multi-task oriented
