Life Sales, LLC, an established and growing national insurance marketing organization in Novato, is seeking a full-time recruiter. In this position you will be responsible for contracting new agents to Life Sales while providing sales ideas and tools to show the value Life Sales brings to the agent.

We’re looking for an extremely motivated, ambitious, competitive person who works well in a fast paced environment. No insurance background needed, will train the right person.

A recruiter position at Life Sales will pay a base salary of 36k with performance bonuses providing the opportunity to make north of 75k! On top of that you will enjoy an outstanding full benefits package.
