Regional Loss Sensitive Service Director

Coordinate with Underwriters to determine deals sold based upon documentation. Coordinate with Fusion Home Office, Profit Centers, Premium Audit Division, Credit Dept., Collections, etc. to facilitate timely and accurate servicing of loss sensitive accounts (premium and loss adjustments, audits, collections, losses, reconciliations, etc). Coordinate with Profit Centers, Premium Audit Division and Fusion to resolve outstanding items impacting ability to complete and settle adjustments timely. Prioritize and resolve issues and disputes involving adjustments, audits, collections, collateral etc. Meet with clients and brokers to expedite loss sensitive processes. Initiate ongoing customer feedback to address inquiries, expectations, and priorities. Coordinate with service units and Profit Centers to adhere to customer commitments. Ability to service in force and inactive business.Candidate would posses: Excellent written and verbal communication skills ; 5 years Underwriting or Account Services experience; Finance and Insurance experience; Possess an understanding of loss sensitive insurance programs; Proficient in completing premium adjustments.
