What are the responsibilities of the position? Recruit New Agents This position requires employee to be licensed or obtain licensing within 90 days of hire for Property & Casualty / Life & Health / Series 6 & 26 Track and report results daily/ weekly/ monthly Attend Job Fairs, Perform Recruiting Seminars Support The Farmers Sales Center of Excellence Operations Learn and prepare to operate/ manage Sales District when appointed Train and assist Agents in all aspects of Sales, Business Operations, and Marketing Farmers Products Leadership in training and development of Team of Farmers Agent The ability to achieve goals set for Assigned Team of Agents as well as those of The Sales Center of Excellence Keywords: Sales, Account Executive,Financial,marketing,customer service,finance,Insurance,Account management,business opportunity.
