 The Program Management Office within GBD Solutions Delivery is responsible for project quality and delivery management including effective planning, issue and risk management, and financial management of GBD’s strategic programs.  The operations area within the PMO is responsible for ensuring that all operations within the PMO are running efficiently and for operational improvement of the PMO.  The operational areas include resource management, project contract services, reporting, and project logistics coordination.  The operations areas will support both the entire PMO as well as individual projects.
 The Resource Support Analyst will play a key role in supporting the newly designed Resource Management Process with in the GBD Solutions Delivery Organization.  The Resource Support Analyst will report to the Resource Planning Manager and will be responsible for supporting the GBD Solutions Delivery Resource Planning with management and coordination of the planning, forecasting and staffing of resources on all projects within the strategic portfolio. WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES? Assisting with the facilitation of The Resource Planning Forum Coordination of resource requestors and providers Assisting in the execution of day to day process of resource mgmt execution and ongoing resource process improvement Maintenance of Key Partnerships to facilitate resource procurement and fulfillment Metrics development and reporting of resource management 
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? The successful incumbent will have the following qualifications: Project Planning/ManagementWorking knowledge of project management principlesAbility to balance scope, tasks, schedule, quality, resources, and budget responsibilitiesPractical application of accepted project lifecycle practices/methodology Business KnowledgeBasic to moderate understanding of the business and related technology needs Leadership/Decision MakingAbility to understand critical factors and impacts surrounding issues and to make a reasonable decision  Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management Typical Educational/ExperienceMinimum 3 years of project management experience or equivalent experienceBachelor’s degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience preferredMicrosoft Office with expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerpointPrevious experience working in recruiting/staffing, resource management or human resourcesPMI membership a plusWHAT IS THE COMPENSATION OPPORTUNITY?
