Sales Coordinator

Identify standard, non-standard and Field Authority business, and process as appropriate. Receive Request For Proposal and interpret to design initial benefit plan. Apply appropriate underwriting rules Coordinate census data entry Process through rating system to determine quote rates in partnership with Sales Reps Generate proposal and/or cost benefit summary and offers. Produce quotes and proposals within established cycle times.Partner with the Sales Rep to manage broker relationships. Identify broker needs and provide solutions. Respond to broker inquiries. Identify and obtain necessary information to complete initial plan designs and/or proposals. Complete accurate and timely submission & implementation of sold cases, in support of the acquisition process. Verify final sold plan is within underwriting guidelines. System coding for new case submissions. Coordinate broker licensing with Home Office partners. Partner with Sales Rep and Underwriting team when cases are outside guidelines.
