We have recently been retained to recruit several Sales Executives within the Association Liability and Association Life & Health market. Positions are in the following locations: Chicago, Dallas, NYC, LA, San Francisco and other major US cities. The Association Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of prospect development from pre-sale through closing. This includes developing referral sources, identifying new clients that match the client profile and ensuring a consistent flow of new revenue for the practice. Specific responsibilities:· Partners across the firm to utilize appropriate resources for initial and ongoing prospect sales meetings and proposals. · Set appointments and personally meets with prospects and clients, conducts in depth dialogue and develops a positive business relationship built on mutual trust. · Generate additional revenue opportunities by introducing and leveraging other company products and services as appropriate.· Attends regularly and actively participates in scheduled office Sales meetings, seminars and events. Participates in sales training events and other professional development courses to enhance sales skills. · Arranges and conducts regular seminars to assist in branding our client as a leader in the community. · Creates annual individual business development plan. Ideal candidate: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years experience in: Association Liability, Association Life and Health or Program and Franchise segments in a producer role Experience working with the C Suite and clients of High Net Worth Life and / Health license Possesses excellent and proven business skills with emphasis in consultative selling. Demonstrates sales aptitude, communication skills, building and maintaining relationships, coordinating others, business acumen, strategic reasoning and a results focus.
