Sales Manager/Commercial Sales Executive

Brown & Brown is a leader in the insurance industry (ranked in the top 10 in the nation), and is looking for the right person to join our Commercial Sales Team.

This Sales Manager/Commercial Sales Executive will be assisting our Profit Center Leader in motivating and managing a team of Producers by:

Leading by example Generating new business revenue through the sale of commercial property & casualty insurance Managing/directing/supporting commercial producers to grow their books Recruiting/training/mentoring new producers Demonstrating a clear knowledge of commercial insurance coverages & standard industry offerings Knowing coverages, programs and guidelines of P&C insurance carriers Generating leads through the development of professional relationships, cold calling, community involvement and internal referrals.Potential book transfer, unlimited earnings potential and advancement opportunities will be provided to the right entrepreneurial, career-minded individual.

RequirementsAbility to initiate & foster client rapport Effectively juggle multiple tasks, projects and people Excellent verbal & written communication skills Team Player High degree of self-discipline and motivation 3 or more years industry experience preferred Colorado Insurance Producer License or other state equivalent College Degree Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office products Able to meet deadlines
