Sales & Marketing Associate (LIFE)

Responsibilities:

Achieves assigned sales goals. Proactively seeks new business opportunities for Life Department. Generates sales leads for insurance and membership products. Ability to develop, track and effectively follow up on sales leads. Provides marketing support involving: business or community events, outbound calling, marketing lists, and cross-selling/up-selling of existing accounts. Pre-qualifies applicants for Sales Representative and completes after sale paperwork for final processing. Acts with, and on behalf of, insurance agent or agents. Addresses members’ questions and concerns relating to insurance and membership.

Minimum Requirements:

Demonstrated sales skills. Strong functional knowledge of all CSAA desktop systems as well as Microsoft productivity tools. An Insurance Agents license is highly desirable or ability to secure license. Seeks continuous learning and improvement. Successful prior sales experience preferred. Personal lines customer service or underwriting experience preferred. College degree and Insurance designation preferred. Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
