As a Sales Professional, you will partner with the agent to create innovative sales plans and targets to create success for the agency and for Safeco. Use your analytical skills in preparation for agency. You will also share responsibility for planning annual objectives for each agency, measuring and monitoring the results, and ultimately exceeding his or her annual objectives for the sales territory.
