Senior Analytics Consultant

Description:Under limited supervision (working individually or as part of a project team), performs complex research and analysis to support business operations. Develops recommendations to address problems/issues and makes presentations to the supervisor, project leader or manager.Qualifications:The role will focus on comprehensive analysis of the Personal Market lines of business. Analyzing and developing models to understand financial, operational, and behavioral dimensions affecting the results of the various business lines. It will address a broad range of challenging problems in prediction, applied modeling (e.g., GLM, survival analysis), and survey design and analysis. Analyzing trends in key operating metrics and there impact on financial outcomes. There will be significant and regular interaction with senior management and field operations. This position requires advanced analytical/problem solving and research skills; effective communication skills for writing reports/proposals and making presentations to senior management; ability to work independently and lead others during projects; in-depth knowledge of the business practices and processes; proficiency with statistical/computational software. Advanced degree strongly preferred.
