 Community Health Network of CT, Inc. is looking for a Senior Hospital Contracting Liaison to serve as the primary point of contact for hospital, hospital providers, including related clinics and other entities.  The incumbent, working with other CHNCT departments, will be responsible for managing all aspects of these relationships including but not limited to contract oversight, contract change implementation, and contract renegotiation; billing and administrative issues research and resolution; provider compliance and education; and outreach activities.  These activities will be facilitated through regularly scheduled Joint Operating Committee meetings as well as informal meetings on an as needed basis.  Working with the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Hospital Contracting Liaison supports an effective contract administration program through the implementation of appropriate systems and controls. The incumbent is responsible for contract negotiation/ renogotiation including supporting the contracting efforts of other Network Management staff; ongoing review and analysis of performance by providers and vendors contracts; and ensuring that the strategic, operational, financial and compliance requirements of the health plan are fulfilled. The incumbent actively participates in CHNCT committees and initiatives essential to the responsibilities of this position.
