Senior L&D Consultant

Major Duties and Functions Include: Provides Line of Business learning solutions. Creates, conducts, maintains and evaluates educational programs. Evaluates learning needs and recommends business solutions. Principal Responsibilities: Manages learning projects that span large and/or multiple areas and that support complex and large change – e.g., supporting a new system or product to multiple job functions and affecting many processes. Works with others to plan and manage the end-to-end creation, implementation and measurement of the performance solution. Maintains records, evaluates and analyzes the effectiveness of training programs and provides reports to management. In partnership with multiple HR functions and L&D leadership coaches business on organizational development needs. Facilitates the assimilation of new leaders within a LOB. Negotiates contract agreements and manage external consultant or vendors throughout course development or project. Manages curriculum from conception to completion; designs and develops curriculum modules and works as part of a team to complete an entire curriculum redesign. Facilitates complex professional or managerial training sessions when required. Perform other duties as required What You Need to Succeed: Candidate must be a highly successful, business-oriented professional with demonstrated success as a Senior Level Consultant. 3-5 years relevant experience Bachelor Degree preferred ADI certificate preferred Strong L&D consulting skills Demonstrates competence at networking and building effective working relationships within a matrix environment. Highly skilled in project managing large scale initiatives cutting across multiple lines of business involving many stakeholders Excellent writing and verbal skills Innovation and Initiative skills Work shouldn’t be something you do just to make ends meet.
