Implement proven key control measures in each project you launch, allowing you to keep your finger on the pulse of project schedule, quality, and opportunities for improvement. Ownership to identify risks and ability to implement risk management techniques throughout the project life cycle.  Opportunity to partner with IT and truly understand and comply with their standards and methodologies. Your alternative recommendations will be key in moving projects along. Shape each project by spearheading a project plan. You will determine IT staffing, contractor, vendor, and business partner support as the project demands. Ability to effectively manage your customer expectations by creating a solid platform composed of meaningful business requirements that allow you and your team to produce deliverables accurately, and on time. Foster an environment conducive to the delivery of high-quality products and problem-free implementations using repeatable, proven, and documented procedures. Initiate and facilitate post-implementation project reviews and define best practices.
