Senior Specialist - Contract Filing

Major Duties and Functions Include: Responsible for filings of forms with state Departments of Insurance, using SERFF and IFile as appropriate for the Life and Annuity Contract Bureau. Responsible for the record keeping for filings he/she has completed, including managing the files, updating Access and keeping teams informed of approvals. Participate in implementation of changes to the filing process and update Compliance Database based on direction from Director of IB Life Policy Bureau Support or consultants. Participate in special state reporting project with direct supervision of a more senior specialist and/or the Director of IB Life Policy Bureau Support. Participate in other special projects as assigned. What You Need to Succeed: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, including advanced Word skills and a working knowledge of Excel and Access are necessary. The person for this position must be able to adapt and work efficiently within a variation of situations.
