Widely known through the “You’re in Good Hands with Allstate®” slogan, Allstate helps individuals in 20 million households protect what they have today and better prepare for tomorrow. The function of the Premium Administration department is to handle all premium and policy processing (New business and Cancellations) for Allstate Credit Division. DescriptionThe individual will be responsible for: Leading a unit in a service center/call center environment. Coordinating unit activities. Providing appropriate direction to unit employees. Monitoring employee/ unit performance. Complete performance reviews with unit employees using quality reviews, feedback, and coaching. Recommending work procedures and directing workflow. Developing employee education plans and recommend learning opportunities through education and job assignment   Encouraging innovative thinking and developing sound strategies to achieve customer service and expense goals. Achieving standards of productivity, quality and timeliness. Ensuring compliance with company policies. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners. Leads or participates in the implementation of projects; identifying opportunity areas; documenting and communicating progress.QualificationsBACKGROUND:The successful candidate will have 5 to 7 years of Operations experience.
