Senior Workers Compensation Representative

We are seeking a Professional Senior Workers' Compensation Representative to investigate and evaluate all incoming claims. Input all necessary claim payment into Filehandler. Timely coordinate, monitor and/or assign all client, vendor, physician, medical case management, vocational rehabilitation and attorneys communication issues. Complete reports to excess carriers. Manage litigation, settlement of claims. Maintain 175 + W/C files with 100% closure ration. Attend trials when needed. Perform on site accident investigations. Use discretionary authority routinely.

Education /Experience:

College Degree preferred or equivalent. Minimum 10 years experience with claims handling. Basic computer knowledge.
