Service Advisor - Life, Accident & Disability

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our specialized team of life, accident and disability (LAD) consultants who research and create the most convenient, cost-effective, competitive and integrated insurance offerings for our clients. To fulfill this role in our New York office, the Service Advisor will:Manage multiple projects and issue resolution for clients seeking our life, accident & disability expertise on a daily basis Serve as project manager for LAD diagnostics and vendor marketing Perform contract and summary plan description reviews to identify compliant provisions and ensure accuracy Perform vendor performance reviews tailored to the client service needs Coordinate vendor implementations and ensure client satisfaction.BA/BS degree; CEBS designation preferred 4-7 years large group life and disability experience in account management or account service role for brokerage company or insurance carrier Solid knowledge of life, accident and disability benefits Demonstrated proficiency with project management and operations Ability to work directly with clients to solve life, accident and disability benefits issues Proven analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal and team skills.
