Service Call Center Team Manager
Description:Manages all activities involved with the delivery of quality service to ensure retention of a variety of Personal Lines insurance products. Under general direction plans and coordinates the activities of customer service teams, oversees the timeliness, accuracy, integrity of all services to ensure superior customer satisfaction. Responsible for administrative and training functions of the team, monitors service level, developing process improvements.Qualifications:The Team Manager will lead and support a rapidly growing customer response call center operation.Responsible for administrative and training functions of the team, monitors service level, developing process improvements.
