Servicing Solution Manager

LOCATION: Troy, MI

REPORTS TO:  VP of Servicing Solutions

HOURS: 2:30 – 11:00

 

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

 

Liaison to mortgage client regarding service level agreements.  Supervise data entry and customer service staff to ensure that they have direction and an understanding of their daily responsibilities.  Must possess strong communication skills, both written and oral, as they are necessary in expressing issues and concerns to clients and co-workers.  This position includes the ability to make decisions, delegate work to personnel as necessary, problem analysis, and promptness to ensure the client’s needs are met on a timely basis.  Need to be flexible to changing priorities and be able to manage to those changes. 

 

 

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Over seeing the Data Entry and Customer Service Staff

Thorough knowledge and capability of each position

Knowledge of Client’s Requirements and Expectations

Reporting of Production Standards and Capacity Models

Managing workflow adjusting for priorities

Coaching and mentoring of staff

 

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

College degree preferred; or equivalent work experience

Computer knowledge required

Managerial experience required

Strong analytical skills

 

 

Customer Service Skills helpful

Insurance/Mortgage knowledge helpful
