Our medium size company in Mahwah, NJ is experiencing rapid growth which has created several new job openings.

 

Accounts Payable Clerk:

Responsibilities to include but not limited to the following: Invoice data entry, maintain files for open and paid invoices, and prepare, issue and collate checks. Our ideal candidate would have a basic computer knowledge of standard accounting software.

 

Accounts Receivable Clerk:

Responsibilities to include but not limited to the following: Identifying and applying cash receipt, account reconciliation as well as researching and responding to Account Receivable inquiries. Our ideal candidate would have a basic computer knowledge of standard accounting software.

 

Administrative Assistant:

Responsibilities to include but not limited to the following: Scheduling appointments, researching and creates presentations, assists with reports and responds to inquiries about our products via phone calls, US Mail, email and faxes. Our ideal candidate will be a self starter with previous Administrative Assistant experience.  

 

Claims Clerk:

No Experience with Claims required. Our ideal candidate is someone with a desire to learn that is computer literate, detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment. Bilingual a plus.

 

Data Entry:

Several positions available. Responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:  processing warranties and cancellation requests for new and used cars into our company data base, processing warranties and cancellation requests for new and used vehicles, preparing weekly reports and maintaining files. Our ideal candidate will possess good typing skills with a high level of accuracy as well as be able to work well with deadlines. 

 

IT/Program Developer:

Responsibilities to include but not limited to the following: Supports, maintains and continues the development of our current system. Our ideal candidate must be proficient with the following software: Microsoft Server, MS Office, Fox Pro and Adobe.

 

Experienced Sales Professionals:

Responsibilities to include but not limited to the following: Develops new leads and interacts with existing clients to continue the growth of our business.

 

Sales Department Assistant:

Entry Level Position. Responsibilities to include but not limited to the following: assisting with reports, typing correspondence, filing and routing a high volume of incoming mail and faxes. Our ideal candidate will be computer literate, possess automotive knowledge, have strong oral and written communication skills and will have the ability to work well with deadlines.

 

Shipping and Receiving Clerk:

Responsibilities to include but not limited to preparing product shipment for distribution. Our ideal candidate will have basic computer knowledge and be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
