We currently have an opening for a Commercial Lines Small Business Account Specialist in our Salem, VA office.

This position functions as an extension of select OneBeacon Small Business agents serving as a primary resource for insureds. 

Responsibilities include handling phone calls and e-mails from insureds and agents; assisting insureds with billing inquiries, requests for policy changes, requests for certificates of insurance and coverage verification; renewal issuance, including risk control analysis. 

Requirements: 

Highschool diploma; Associates Degree preferred; completed INS 21, 22, & 23 or CPCU equivalent; 3-5 years customer service and P & C commercial insurance experience;  must have proven analytical, decision-making problem.
