Sourcing/Purchasing Operations Manager

The Sourcing Operations Manager assists the Sourcing & Treasury Director in establishing, implementing, and monitoring sourcing and procurement policies, processes and procedures. Tracks and manages the quality of supplier performance across the organization through supplier operations and contract management practices. Establishes processes to quantify spend savings and reports results to officers. Ensures the viability of procurement-related technology solutions. Manages the collection and reporting of spend data and analytics.

Must have:


Demonstrated experience leading large complex projects.
 

Extensive knowledge and understanding of sourcing and procurement practices.

Solid knowledge and understanding of demand management principles.



Demonstrated experience conducting financial analyses and tracking spend.



Solid knowledge and understanding of performance metrics.



Demonstrated experience developing sourcing and procurement processes, policies and procedures.
 Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement-related technology solutions.
