Bring your expertise to our innovative, performance-focused culture, and you will discover lasting rewards and the opportunity to take your career further than you can imagine.   Job Title: Specialty Pharmacist Clinical ( Hemophilia)Shifs: Five 8 hour shifts or Four 10 hour shifts:This position will support a dedicated team in the pharmacy that focuses on Hemophilia, IVIG, Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, and Enzyme Replacement Therapy.  Primary duties may include but are not limited to: dispensing medications within corporate and regulatory guidelines; monitors, evaluates, and develops plan of care for patients; provides counseling and education to patients; serves as a clinical resource to other pharmacists, technicians, interns and staff; handles escalated issues from both customer service and physician's offices. Also, makes recommendations on resolving quality issues.  Performs other duties as assigned.Requires a current state license to practice pharmacy as a RPH, PharmD or advanced degree preferred with 2 years intravenous therapy and/or specialty pharmacy experience. Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required.
