This position is located at the Hartford Customer Service Group headquarters in Fort Washington, PA.  Our Customer Contact Center supports Sales and Service Operations for AARP HealthCare Options, providing premier healthcare products for people 50 years of age and older. WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION? Candidate will be required to perform complex analysis associated with financial data and strategic operational planning.  Candidate will also be required to prepare and manage financial models, scenario analysis, and costing designs and support.  Analysis addresses key business drivers and economic/industry trends as well as knowledge of our products and services.  Responsible for preparation of annual operating budgets along with monthly expense variance reporting and outlooks.  At times, candidate will prepare and present key financial information to senior management.  Candidate will lead or assist in ad hoc projects and initiatives to provide financial support. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? BS degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA designation or MBA a plus. 5+ years accounting/finance experience. Experience in pricing of products/services a plus. Advanced analytical and written and oral communication skills. Strong PC skills including high level of proficiency in Excel. Hyperion products experience a plus. Ability to use creative approaches to operationalize new concepts and ideas. Experience in a contact center or service company environment is a plus.

WHAT IS THE COMPENSATION OPPORTUNITY?

 

At the Hartford, our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay competitive base salaries and reward performance. The base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $78,000.
