Premera is seeking an experienced Lead Developer to organize and lead efforts associated with Applications Development requests representing large high-risk projects and applications. Our Developers perform systems/problem analysis associated with Applications Development workloads encompassing on-going production support, utilizing C#, VB, T-SQL, and .NET technologies. Ideal candidates will bring excellent communication skills and customer focus; working with Premera business units to provide technical expertise and design solutions. Requirements: 8+yrs full life cycle application development experience -including strong Transact SQL AND VB skills, from business requirement gathering to turnover. Project Management and SDLC a must, and experience working in the Healthcare/Insurance industry a plus.
